I would advise you to clip both wings. Balance is not the issue here, control if they have to fly or flutter to the floor after being clipped. The last thing you want is for your Birds to take flight and crash just because only one wing was clipped. Not to mention, their appearance too looks funny with one over grown wing that wraps over their back and one that does not. A bit strange don't you think. Considering the time it takes to clip one wing, you should take the time to clip both or don't clip at all. Best of luck Joe
