Aw, I’m so sorry this happened to you and your babies. I’m glad you’ll find a new vet - this sounds like a pretty severe clip to me (I don’t clip personally, not against it - just don’t do it). Lots of treats will probably be needed. Do what you’re already planning - give them lots of ways to get around. I would also suggest giving them places to be away from each other (not far away, just not in each other’s space). My guess (and it’s only a guess) is that they are both feeling pretty insecure at the moment and that could trigger defensiveness. Be prepared to be a bird taxi moving them from one area to another. Feathers will grow back thankfully, but it’ll take some time. Growing back a few on each side will improve their mobility a lot.
