I am in Waiteville (Monroe County), West Virginia. Can't afford to buy or a fee BUT can afford to feed and upkeep of a bird. I look forward to giving a bird a good quality life and it's care. That last guy just joined to sell his birds. I'm sure he sold them shortly after and that's why we never heard from him again.

I know of a few birds looking for new homes (I volunteer at a rescue), but I’m at the wrong end of the country to be useful.
