Does anyone know a Canadian rescue center?

None for now.
We have a bird to rehome.
We don't know the gender. So from here on out I'm just going to call him/her "Dory" or 'she/her' as my grandmother believe it's female.
Dory is the whole reason I got a bird in the first place. Though Dory is not exactly a friendly bird. I don't judge. Poor thing hadn't exactly had the best life before my grandmother took the bird in.
My grandmother has been going down hill lately. She's been diagnosed with dementia and well, doesn't remember things so well. In these last few days she and my grandfather have been in declining health. So it might be time to look for a new home for her birds.
We have homes for all but Dory. Who as I've said has a poor temperament. I know she's at least 20. I have been told it's a conure but I am not sure. She has a screaming problem. A side effect from uninformed parrot care.
She was left to my sister in my grandmothers will, but my sister never actually wanted the her. I'm in an apartment situation with a strict "No pets" Rule (We got Ember before the rule was instated but can't take on a new pet)
My mother doesn't think she can handle such a temperamental animal. But doesn't want to destroy Dory if she can avoid it. So I am reaching out to any rescues up in British Columbia Canada. I won't lie. She's going to be a challenge. This bird has never been socialized. She bites and has recently learned to attack people. But she wasn't always such a nasty animal.
We don't know when she'll need rehoming. I am only looking for centers or individual rescuers right now.
I had one rescuer in mind, but can't track them down now. So I'd rather know there are options now before it becomes dire.
Thanks for your time.
(If this is in the wrong place Please let me know and I'll just copy paste in the right spot. I'd rather not give the mods more work.)

I would also suggest contacting Greyhaven. They took in all the birds from the World Parrot Refuge a couple of years back, and were in contact with many rescues at that time who helped them. They can probably steer you to someone if they aren't currently taking in birds.
Best of luck to you in finding Dory a home.

Just woke up and I want to thank everyone who's replied. Looking into Greyhaven now. Thanks for all your support. Like I said it's not urgent but I'd rather know now than later right?

Will do! For now I'm having to contact my mother to ask. "What kind of Conure is this?!" See. and for pictures to prove I'm not trying to hand off an ex-parrot to a rescue.

Update! Emailed Grey Haven and it looks like we have a plan now. I'm gathering up some information about Dory for when the time comes. And trying to identify what kind of Conure she is. Thanks for all your help!

You're already a hero in my book.

Thanks?
Honestly I'm feeling a little guilty about this. My grandmother doesn't know we're looking for this kind of thing. Like I said she wanted my sister to take her. So I feel a little like we're betraying her. Keeping in mind this is what's best for the bird.

Update! And it's great news!
Looks like one of my grandmothers friends, and her children will be happy to take Dory in when the time comes. Dory knows these people and had a good home with them for a short time beforehand. And Grandma knows these people so she won't get too stressed out about where the bird's going!
I'm exited about this.
