Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone can answer a quick question for me - I'm wondering if 1" bar spacing is correct for an alexandrine parrot? or does the bar spacing need to be smaller? I've been looking at getting a bigger cage for my new alexandrine baby (when I get him next month) but none of the cage websites seem to mention alexandrines at all when they list which birds each cage is suitable for.

The nice large cages I'm looking at all have 1" bar spacing, but I'm worried that might be too wide for alexes?? Wouldn't want my new baby to get his head stuck!!

Thanks :)

Hmmm...Perhaps I should post this in the 'cages' section??
