when do alex's stop growing?

So as the question states above, i was wondering how old Alex,s are before they stop growing. I ask this as bruno is much bigger then oxy and prince. I understand him being bigger then oxy as he is a year older, but prince is 2yrs older then him. Bruno will be 2 in august. He has not yet got his entire ring but its getting there. Any ideas if he will still get bigger?

From my understanding, when they get their ring, they are at full maturity

my understanding there is five sub-species of alexandrine Parakeets
and each is a different size. at maturity the largest is around 50 to 52 cm and the smallest is around 46 to 48 cm. but like most creatures, there are individuals that can grow larger or smaller than average size.
