How much does she weigh? She looks smaller than my Nimbus and she's a little underweight.
Nimbus is beginning her first moult, she's 9 months old, and she's starting to look ratty like this, just looks like her 'under-feathers' are showing.

My baby oxy is about 10 months now and.like yours has those dark feathers, but his venture on his back too, looks very messy. I was worried about this and took him to my vet. My vet said if it is most likely the colour pigmentation wearing of of his baby feathers. Their baby feathers aren't as strong as the spoilt feathers and the colour wears off. Don't worry too much. He advised me to up his vit A intake a bit (naturally not with supplements) his advice was to use grass. Good luck and hope all us well with her

What a great looking bird! What's her name?

Tango is also going through a *very* heavy molt right now and looks pretty ratty, i think its somewhat common for these guys, but I know what its like to worry about feather stuff.

She is so pretty & healthy bird.its heavy moulting so no need to worry.Try not to touch her as the new pin feather causes pain to bird.touch her feathers when the moulting has been completed.

Agree with Umarkhanmardan; when lots of pin feathers growing in it is painful for the bird so they may become a little upset especially when you try to pet them. Wait until the pins go away, then your bird will enjoy being pet again.
