Hi,
My Alex is 8-10 weeks old. I hand fed him. off late, post feeding it, it is regurgitating the seeds and water and again trying to eat them. I am unable to understand this strange behavior. please suggest me what to do here :(

it is very healthy parrot. chews wood, bone toys and my finger as well.

one more question here... my parrot sometimes chews dried droppings :( should i start worming it?? what is the ideal age to worm a parrot??

Worming it? Parrots don't get wormed like dogs or cats. If he's eating his droppings he may be deficient in nutrients, or bored. Giving him worm medicine could very well kill him. Is there an avian vet in your region? Where are you?

Yes you can deworm parrots! But I think he's kinda young still to have that done. Please consult your avian vet in worming! For babies to chew on their poopie is actually quite normal. They're interested in everything and trying everything out. They will regurgitate to show you they like you. Sometimes the older chicks will feed the younger chicks by regurgitating like the parents do. He may be trying to do it to you. But seriously you should have him checked out by a avian vet just to be sure.
