Presently have six Greenwing Macaw (17 yo), Red Fronted Macaw (12 yo), Red Lored Amazon (17 y.o.), Lilac Crowned Amazon (about 43 y.o.) and a Congo African Grey (11 y.o.)

Probably not, if it was wild caught. And if they are illegal to own in India, then you cannot legally import them into the USA.
There are a lot of hoops you have to jump through AND THE BIRD ENDS UP IN A QUARANTINE STATION, WHICH IS ABSOLUTE MISERY...
