Is my alexandrine....if not then what is the white patch on its feathers.....????

Your Alexandrine has likely molted this inner Wing Feather. The White that you are seeing is likely the base of the Feather next to the one that was loss.

Flight Feathers are molten based on a defined schedule that assures that they have the needed Flight Feathers to fly. This is true with very few exceptions. The molting of Body and Downy feathers more commonly occurs at the early days of Fall and in the middle to late Spring, with minor loss thru the year to adjust to Weather and/or feather age.
