Amy a Blue Front 'Zon
Jonesy a Goffins 'Too who had to be rehomed :-(

And a Normal Grey Cockatiel named BB who came home with me on 5/20/2016.
I think its just because Rio is still so young,he/she is finally realizing he/she has WINGS and is practicing exercising/flapping them.
And the sound rio is making,is just he/she being vocal..like saying HEY!! LOOK WHAT I CAN DO!!!
Sounds perfectly normal to me! :D
And WELCOME to the forum!

He is just exercising and being a happy baby!

But, my eyesight isn't the best, if that is his cage he is on top of I'm a little concerned. That is not nearly enough space for him.

Sorry If I'm misunderstanding!

Well, it's very difficult to tell a birds age just by looking at a picture! But she is most certainly at least a few months old. Birds don't show very many signs of aging past a certain point.

Yes it's not sleep from last 4 days at night also if she sleep it's last for 2 or 3 min
At first she sleep after having food but not now
And now she all time biting everything like cage, shirt button, headphones, etc
Is this OK? Or not?

She hasn't slept in four days??? Are you sure????

Biting things is what birds do, but she needs to sleep every night from 8-12 hours. Are you absolutely positive she's. It sleeping at night?

Well my cute birdies are growing up too and I think they try to bite something is because their beaks are growing. My parrots also try to play with my finger and apply pressure sometime but then when they realise that it's not a toy they leave it. It's a normal behavior I believe and you have to start training them so that they don't start biting you.
PS: They are also trying to fly flap their wings on ground. I usually play with them and teach them how to jump and fly at small intervals when they are in good mood.
