Concerned about my birds size and health ??? updated pic added

As a first time Alex owner i have a few questions, id like to know if my Alex will develop more size with age ?? i mean will he/she grow bigger then its current size ? and until what age will it keep growing ???? currently its 5 months old, another question, when will it develop the white ring on its eye ??

As for the diet i feed it healthy foods, fresh veggies and fruits mostly?

does it seem ok for its age ??

I looked at the picture--- He is cute! I have no clue what a 5-month-old Alexandrine should look like, so I can't really comment on size or anything---his feathers look bright and intact though.
What's going on with that back "toe"? It may just look odd from the angle, but is one of his toes or nails is bending under as he walks on it. I could just be confused by the image.

If you have a gram scale, that is a great way to track weight and development (even in adult birds).
You can make one yourself by attaching a perch, or they sell them pre-made.

Just out of curiosity- not because of anything in the picture----but when you say "healthy food" what do you mean by that?
Do you feed any pellets or a pellet/seed mix of any kind?

I feed it fresh green Vegetables and Fruits mostly, i do offer seeds some times but only in moderation, seeds contain awful amount of oil, fat and are generally warm in nature, not great for your bird's health IMO

I also like to include dry fruits in its diet, walnuts and figs.

Oh okay---I asked because you said fruit/veg AND healthy food (so I figured there was something else).
You are right that seeds are high in fat. There are some seed varieties that are worse than others.

I was just hoping you weren't giving human foods (often high in fat/salt/sugar/garlic/preservatives etc.)
A lot of foods that are considered healthy for people are unhealthy for birds (for example, avocado--great for us, poisonous for parrots).

That isn't to say that an occasional bite of human food is harmful (depending on the food) but that was why I asked.
