Beak layered/flakes into yellow - is it OK?

Dear Family,

My 3 month old Alexandrine, has the transition from red to yellow with sort of flake/layering, here two photos attached below, is it healthy and OK?

Looks like your baby is teething on the cage bars. Its common for young companion Parrots to chip their bill on cage bars and rat their tails as well.
Recommend making available a larger selection of soft wood bits to chew on.
Remember that the bill is like your finger nails in that they grow from the root (head) out to the point. The oldest section chips /flakes away as the new bill grows.
Your baby is okay.
