Hello.
I am a 63 y/o/man with a 13 y/o/ female Alexandrine ring neck named Isis. She, along with her male companion (Osaris) were purchased in Winston-Salem N.C. (Luv n' Birds) in Oct 2004 for my wife. My wife lost interest in the birds, her reptiles and me resulting in a divorce in 2012. I sold Osaris in 2015 to a couple in Harrisburg with Isis planning to go to them in a few months later but finances on their side canceled that sale. I would really like to GIVE this nice (but feisty) girl to someone who could give her a better home and companionship than I am able. My life's interest has turned to dogs. I had an amazon and an African Grey earlier in my life. I did not have dogs thru my 20's and thirties because they made me cry when they passed away. Now I wouldn't have it any other way.
I live in Dover, PA. 30 minutes south of Harrisburg. I am partially handicapped so you would have to pick up the bird. I have not placed ads in local papers yet. I think Isis would get a better owner here.
