I've had Lola since December, and the person that had her before I did always let her on his shoulder. Since Ive gotten her, she's tried to climb on my shoulder almost every day. I try to discourage her from doing that but she gets really frustrated and starts yelling "Stop it, bad girl". Meaning stop trying to prevent it. lol Is there a way to get her to stop trying? lol

Also, I have another question, sometimes when she's starting to settle into bed and getting comfy. She will stick her tongue out and wiggle it around. Does that mean anything or is that just a quirky habit?

I can't help you with the training because I allow all my birds to perch on my shoulder (it comforts them to be close to the face and so it becomes a bonding issue with them).

None of my zons sticks their tongue out and wiggle it when they are getting sleepy... they grind their beaks.

She grinds her beak also. She'll stick out her tongue, wiggle it, then grind her beak. She does that for like 10 minutes then goes to sleep.
