I thought this quote was most appropriate for these pics I took this morning. Kiwi simply adores playing with my husbands fingers, and I don't know that there is a better display of bravery, trust and love for a parrot than to let them use your fingers as chew toys

The funny thing is my husband isn't a big animal person. Kiwi was suppose to be MY bird but he took one look at Joe and it was all over. Kiwi just wouldn't take "no" for an answer, and now look at them...

Zack loves doing that as well. Every time I come over to his cage, he reaches thru to grab a finger so he can pull it in, stand on my fingers and go to town! If I have him out, he has to stand on my hand to do it.

Guess this behavior must be a sign of birdie love

Kiwi won't do this with my fingers, but if he sees my feet, he will lovingly nibble on my toes (go figure).
