So I am buying a harness for Apple.. I take her to the porch every day but I want to start taking her on walks and I a scared of her flying off if I dont have a harness... any tips you guys have on harness training would be greatly appreciated!

If you get Apple the Aviator harness, it will come with a GREAT training DVD. Make sure and watch it, follow the directions, and let us know how it goes. :)

I can get harnesses on both Sam and Hunter. Hunter doesn't care one bit, but Sam is a different story all together. He now knows what to expect when he sees the harness and throws little Amazon fits. So I take him into the laundry room, put him on a table perch, dim the lights a bit, and put the harness on him there. :54: As soon as it's on I take him outside as a reward. He LOVES being outdoors.

Getting it off of him is equally challenging, but I'm confident by the time summer is over, he will be completely used to it. :)
