Kiwi has gotten into a habit of crawling down off his cage and hanging out in his carrier while I'm at the desk, but check out what my hubby got to deal with when he sat at the desk today How he didn't loose it and not snuggle-attack him, I do not know. Don't think I could have showed the same self-control:

I love it too. It's so funny when he gets that "hole" going on. And his beak is always so warm when you kiss him after he wakes up from a nap like that because he buries it in that soft, coziness on his back:10:

Indeed he does. He will just go in there now all on his own to play or preen or nap. I don't even bother to zip it up unless we're going out.

Thank you. We worked hard to earn his trust, and the result is a bird who wants to be around us all the time (though he will likely never want to be petted on). It's a wonderful feeling to be accepted as his flock

@Labell- Didn't you just get 2 zons recently? I'm betting you'll be having your overdose of amazon adorableness soon They just LOVE being where the flock is at and most take naps during the day, which is just the cutest sight to behold:09:

I love their little back pockets too. I stick my nose into Bundii's as it is so warm. I always say to her, "can mumma stick her beaky in there too?"

Yes I do have plenty of Zon sweetness going on here. Mystic YNA is just a love and wants to be on me playing all the time and she talks a lot, Mojo is a pistol right now, learning to fly, well I mean LAND, the flying he is pretty good at...landing not so much yet but we are working on it daily. I am looking forward to them weaning. Mojo always takes a clumsy flight after his feeding and drips formula out of his beak on every thing and that stuff is like glue if it dries before I find it and clean up!

Kiwi just floors me with how great his feathers always look, so shiny and healthy looking! He is lucky to have such a great set of parents! Your love and care for him certainly shows!
