Which foods do your Zons want to steal?

We like to have fried eggs with toast or bagels and cottage cheese in the morning. Tater got a taste for these when he was a tiny guy and he still comes flying when he hears us making it. He only gets tiny, bird-appropriate portions, of course! Usually we just put a dab of cottage cheese, a tiny bit of bread, and a shred of egg into his dish and let him have his own. He also really loves anything with cooked peas, especially Indian dishes or tuna noodle casserole. He will perch imperiously on the table and demand you to feed him the peas one by one.

Zilla wants anything baked and will do whatever it takes to get to me if she sees me eating something baked. Bread, toast, bagel, cake, so I have started making sure I have a small piece of birdie bread on my plate or in my hand to give her.

That just reminds me... Don used to feed Robin "snacks" when he'd eat bagels, crackers, etc. Bread-like foods. I forgot what the symptoms were (sorry) but it was something about his poop that caused me to get a fecal done on him. It came back with an overgrowth of yeast. Vet gave me a lecture about too much bread. I told him "it wasn't ME!" Then I had to lecture someone else when the test results came back LOL.

I didn't "think" Don was feeding him very much of that stuff, but on a daily basis it happened. Not saying it will happen with Zilla, as of course every individual's system is different and she's bigger than Robin, but just a little heads up to be aware of

CHEESE! :11: I know exactly how unhealthy it is, and they super rarely get the tiniest of pieces, but I swear, when either one of them sees cheese, they BEG. Hunter is the worst about it. :32:

My big macs also beg for homemade juice (the gross green stuff).

The Mackster immediately flies from cage to my chair whenever I am eating Cheetos.Pufffs only,funny but he doesn't like the hard ones. :green:

The question is more what DOESN'T Kiwi steal lol? His favorites do seem to be cheese and any kinds of noodles (the saucier the better!). Of course he gets table food in moderation, but he may bring about the end of the world if we didn't oblige lol.
