I'd never heard of Natural Encounters before, but apparently they do bird shows.

This page has a whole series of articles, many of them about parrots. I love the ones I've read, but I'm sure that's mostly because I agree with just about everything in them. You might find them valuable, too, particularly if you want to train your bird, but also if you just want to have a good relationship with him or her.

Excellent, excellent, excellent, Scott! Thank you so much! I particularly liked the Anatomy of Parrot Behavior. I, like you, happen to agree 100% and I am happy somebody has been able to put it in such a reader-friendly format. We need parrot owners, trainers and all those so-called behaviorists out there who still use the 'show them who's boss' method to read it.
