My hair clips keep breaking at astonishing rates. Anyone care to guess why (or more what/who:54:) might be responsible for this?

Who wants a boring old parrot toy anyways?

Mommy's head is just *so* much better. Once I relive her of this MASSIVE feather sheath on her head, I can then preen her wimpy plumage. Sorry mommy, your "feathers" [hair] just aren't as nice as mine, but Kiwi still loves you even if you are mostly bald with spindly feathers all over your head;)

Annnndddd just because it was super adorable, here he is after making a massive mess whilst playing with EVERY toy on the play stand (naturally all flung to the bottom for easy access). After a good play session, a little guy NEEDS his nap:D

Kiwi knows the best toys are not really toys ;). Evidenced by all the bird toys out there shaped like "other" objects. Shoes, silverware, or whatever lol. Add hair clips to that list :).

The narrative is hysterical, April!!! I, too, cracked up something fierce @ 'wimpy plumage'. LOLOL.

In my case it's Niko who regular 'deshafts' my (plastic) hair band. :32:

I just try to imagine what an animal covered in beautiful feathers must think of our relative baldness and hair (and hair accessories). They must think we just have really sickly feathers;)

I love the picture of him sleeping afterwards. He looks so content.

Foo has a thing for hair clips as well, but she is tiny and unable to do much damage to my massive sheaf's.

There is that most handsome man! I must agree with Kiwi's wisdom that mommy's long beautiful tresses look much better down.:D
