Lucy, my bfa says hello, uh-oh, huh?, and what? She is 1 and a half years old. Is this normal for a 1 and a half year old parrot? Does she say too little? Or is this normal?
Is Lucy's vocabulary normal or under par?

Yours says as much as my 30+ year old amazon! Have to teach them, preferably daily, especially with a young bird like yours. Routine is important for teaching too, so say the same phrases when letting her out or bathing her, or giving her food.
