Keeping Amazons in a flock?

Hi there, I am relatively new to bird keeping although I have wanted to keep parrots for decades. I really only wanted a rescue and now within 6 months have gone from no birds, to 4 Amazon rescues. The birds live in my office which has a door directly into an aviary. They have aviary space all day with bedtime in their cages.
At the moment 2 of my male birds are very happy with each other and sleep in the same large enclosure. (A person can stand up and spin around in the space)
My 3rd parrot is older and quite timid. He has his own cage but can sit with my 4th parrot in the aviary or in the open parrot room/ office.
My 4th parrot is totally tame and bonded to me.
They all want to interact, but I have no idea what the "rules" are with amazons in groups.

I have a feeling they would benefit from having the entire space to themselves, but I know there will be bickering and some initial jealousy.

Can any one who has kept Amazons in a flock please give me some guidance as I am a bit lost. Does anyone keep them in a flock during the day?

A bit more info:
No1 likes No 2. No 2 likes No 3 + 4. No 1 dislikes No 3. No 4 is jealous of number 3 when I am around. I am sure number 2, 3 + 4 would love to be together, but then number 1 would be alone.
(I am with them in the studio pretty much all day.)

If anyone has any experience with keeping Amazons together I would greatly appreciate your help.

I have a male 17yr old Orange Wing Amazon named Mr. Precious & a 15yr old female Harlequin Macaw named Merlin & a 3 year old male GW named Rocco.
I tried to add a 2nd zon, but the 1st considers me his mate & chased him all over the house. I'm home 24/7 so I tried to make it work for 5 months but in the end I had to rehome #2. He had been in a 1 parrot home for 17 years & was much happier in his new home. I know my 1st is super jealous & will swoop & buzz the macaws heads if he thinks they're too close. It sounds like you have things pretty well mapped out with 4 rescues. How long have they been in this set-up? Perhaps with more time the zons will teach each other to get along. If they aren't actively fighting I wouldn't change a thing.
