It looks just like a yawn, but... geeeeee... she surely is doing it a lot!

I just Googled this and found info about yawning as crop adjusting...
Geez, and/or low blood oxygen due to overweight/etc., and/or low body temperature...
Maybe some knowledgeable folks will come along and comment...

Oddly enough,Amy will do that from time to time also

She's adjusting her crop. All three of mine do it often. It's normal.

Yep, adjusting the food in the crop. Mine does it after eating dry food. Then, he takes a drink and is done. Vet says it is normal.
