And a Normal Grey Cockatiel named BB who came home with me on 5/20/2016.
...will be striking again very soon. Besides the usual "binder" stuff,corn meal,rolled oats,brown rice flour,honey oats,Quinoa and a slew more,I am going to put in the following..

Banana
,Red Grapes,Radish,Red/Orange/Yellow Peppers,Cuke,Kale,Egg(2) and a little Honey..anything I should add,or remove?

Habenero peppers - ghost peppers too if you can find them. Saltys current chop has loads of them .

Al...I was staring right at the habs too and I passed them up :eek:...didn't see any ghost peppers though.

Not gonna lie, I was seriously hoping this was an introductory post for a new parrot named, "The Muffin Man" LOL.
Then again, that title probably would have been, "Now you know the Muffin Man"...I am so lame lol

Ohhh spicy beak! I'm a tad scared to use ghost pepper because I'm afraid I'll put a bird beak in my face and get pepper in my eyes lol. You're brave!
