Amy a Blue Front 'Zon
Jonesy a Goffins 'Too who had to be rehomed :-(
And a Normal Grey Cockatiel named BB who came home with me on 5/20/2016.
The little green dino fell and it was once again my fault!
I asked her to step up onto her perch stick which she did. I always rotate the stick so she hangs upside down and then I twittle it back and forth to rock her back and forth..it's just a "thing" we do and she seems to enjoy it.
Well she stepped up and I forgot that she just had her nails done the other day and I guess I didn't give her enough time to sink what nails she does have into the stick before I rotated it to have her hang upside down, and she lost her grip and went THUD about two feet, onto the hardwood floor She didn't even have time to TRY and open her arms to try to fly.
I screamed AMY! as she rolled from her back to her feet and she said "huh?".
So I picked her up and kissed her back and asked for forgiveness which she did I feel like such a bad dad
