Long ago in a Thread far, far away, an active group of Amazons and other Parrots came together to provide legal, not so legal and out and out illegal government, mega international business and downright shady individuals goings-on.

In those days, Yellow Nape Law and Mealy International worked in concert to provide services to their wide range of clients. Client needs clearly defined a need for the organizations to act internationally. Thus the growth of the new formed organization Yellow Nape Law International and the expansion fo Mealy International.

Today, the two groups have offices around the World, setting the stage for near every region of the World to be active.

In the weeks to come, as story lines develop, everyone can provide intrigue occurring in their region.

As a Starting Point!

Recently, a government group approached Mealy International to obtain equipment, build support and legal help in developing a secret facility near Phenix, Arizona. This secret facility would house a lab, archive and build facility. Located 1800 meters below the surface it represented a clear opportunity for Mealy International to expand its secret software.

Within the notes a reference to Scott was found, but little more could be gleaned.

I can confirm knowledge of secret underground facilities north of Phoenix, Arizona. My role is limited to liaison between Mealy International and upstart Blue Front Enterprises. BFE is seeded by money from Elon Musk in hopes of bringing Amazons to Mars by mid-century as humans colonize the Red Planet. Elon views parrots as the ultimate companion but they will need to learn flight in reduced gravity within the confines of subterranean habitats.

All I can disclose at the moment is efforts to acclimate parrots in areas of reduced oxygen. Studies are underway to simulate the effects of Martian gravity using Mealy International software.

Elsewhere, Yellow Nape Law, International Group had completed their eight-month project in reconfiguring the Corporate Computer and Software system to support the Phoenix project and provide the needed capacity and security to support it and additional large projects.

In the Spring of 2020 Yellow Nape found that like near every other corporation, both organizations and their client’s computer system had not been designed to operate with near everything remote. Within days the software was upgraded and the new standard of working from home was underway.

By Summer 2020, rapid changing events worldwide found Yellow Nape Law needing to upgrade its computer equipment and more importantly software at their offices and those of their clients providing excellent connection with staff at home and in the office. Plus, the next generation of security being released by the major operating systems.

The combination of worldwide corporate sabotage and the Boarder closures cause by the monster virus has required a unique approach that with great luck Yellow Nape staff had developed 18 months earlier using KLM's combi 747 long range aircraft. With the onset of the monster virus, KLM as did all international airlines had aircraft sitting. By switching out the interior and installing four fully separate group quarters of fifteen individuals and their gear. Plus, added room for aircraft cargo containers for the new equipment switch-out and problem was solved.

By mid-Summer, the first projects occurred at Yellow Nape’s North American Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, then the European Headquarters in Amsterdam, followed by Telavi. With the first group handling the dis-infection of the computer room, removal and loading of the equipment into the aircraft cargo container. Group two again disinfects the area and installs the new equipment. Group three disinfects and starts up the system. Group four handles the disinfection of the containers prior to loading and unloading from the aircraft and the staff as they leave and return to the aircraft. Time on ground, less than 12 hours.

January 2021 the completion of the Worldwide upgrade was completed.

Meanwhile, in a top secret government facility located in an artificial black hole created by CERN in Switzerland, efforts are underway to recruit personnel best suited to cope with the variety of G-forces that it is anticipated that tech crews will encounter when piloting Elon Musks's experimental spacecraft to the Red Planet. Results so far indicate that a bunch of crazy Rainbow Lorikeets have both the temperament and physical attributes best suited to that particular task....

Yellow Nape Law had little time to sit on their perches and bask in the laurels of worldwide upgrade. By Valentine's day they were dispatched to CERN in Switzerland and tasked with harnessing the mysteries of artificial black holes. During a recent experiment, two dozen Rainbow Lorikeets emerged from the Large Hadron Collider. Scientists believe it may be possible to reverse time-travel and rejuvenate rare and endangered parrot species. Mealy International and Blue Front Enterprises have teamed up to devise experiments capable of returning scientists to the Medieval era.

Meanwhile, Dr. Saltinus J. Amazonas, while studying the effects shown in the picture below, has written a paper on "Perpetual Motion and the Display of Monopole Behavior of 2 Opposed Lorikeets". I found it lining his cage! The math is way over my head. I am not sure how this relates to Yellow Nape Law, but scary nonetheless.

At the YNL February video conference, Yang again stated his concern regarding the continued tensions in their region with military flyovers, and interference with shipping, especially close encounters between military ships and international cargo ships.

Priscilla asked what he recommended. Yang requested a quick evacuation plan with transport equipment in place. Julio pointed out that an aircraft capable of pulling all staff, their family and equipment on-call would be tens of thousands of dollars per day. Priscilla asked about one of the turbo prop aircraft, as the organization has two setting because of virus restrictions on travel. Julio stated likely hundreds of dollars once in place. But they are limited to a maximum of six individuals and only the most sensitive of equipment. Add the limitation of 1800 miles that quickly limits the destinations.

Priscilla asked Yang to review options with Julio and quickly as she agrees that the level of tensions has many organizations and Countries limiting travel to Taiwan. Julio made note of that point as Priscilla had likely already talked to Frederick regarding the Taiwan office.

The regional managers for Africa and South America stated that the virus continues to rage across their Continent’s and warned that each has seen new versions of the virus and that the South Africa variant is rapidly expanding in North America.

Priscilla was pleased that no one had inquired about Frederick’s special projects and ended the meeting.

Not surprising her phone rang and Julio started with; what have you two agreed on regarding Taiwan? Priscilla stated, we need to reduce our footprint in Taiwan and quickly. When the KLM 747 completes its current work in Japan this week have it fly empty to Taiwan with the exception of group 4. That will allow up to 45 individuals and equipment to be airlifted out of Taiwan. Julio inserted, you know that none of them will be happy setting-up in Japan, lots of history between those Countries, none particularly good. Priscilla stated that Frederick’s staff have already set-up an office area in their hanger /warehouse in Japan, for the Taiwan group. Julio added to his notes that Yang had likely not been aware of this plan. He then stated he would move the King Air 350i from Telavi to Japan and it would be on-call to pull the skeleton crew from Taiwan, when needed.

Priscilla with Sara had arrived from her European Headquarters in Amsterdam at the group’s corporate offices located deep within the Atlanta airport properties. The recently built hanger, warehouse and office complex allowed excellent security and the needed international status of the airport itself. As she deplaned, she noted the KLM 747 was in final preparations for departure. She and Sara quickly made their way into the new complex noting the many special features that Frederick and Julio had kept her updated on.

As they neared the elevator, she saw Frederick exiting it. Even from this distance he was easy to spot, after all, Mealy Amazons are the giants of the Amazon family and Frederick clearly fit that description. She recalled when they first met in Law School so very long ago and the promise, they made to each other. Another quick look around and she had to admit, they had clear exceeding both of their expectations. Frederick’s booming voice caught her for just a second as she returned to see she was but a moment from a huge Frederick size warm hug! Priscilla my dear lady, it is so good to see you. Priscilla still deep within Frederick’s hug enjoyed the moment, after all, only Frederick could make her feel like a little chick.

Not losing a step, Frederick asked who the lovely lady was, although he knew from the moment he stepped out of the elevator, she was the daughter of Judge and Mrs. Mac. Priscilla quickly completing the introductions, allowing Frederick to introduce, himself and his new title, CEO Mealy International. Priscilla was enjoying the moment, after all, it is not common that she was the smallest bird in the flock. As they exited the elevator, Julio met them in the Board Room. Julio hugged his boss and said hi to Sara, after all they had just completed another round the world trip two weeks ago.

Priscilla asked what Yang had recommended and Julio quickly covered their discussion and Yang’s plan to exit Taiwan, setting-up a ‘temporary’ office in Japan. Frederick glanced at Priscilla and whispered to remind him to never face Julio in a court room!

Frederick updated everyone regarding both CERN and the Phoenix projects. Plus, the seven projects in process around the World to supply highly specialized equipment for each of the two major projects. He also, covered the software that he has altered to support both projects and their unique requirements.

Sara asked if they had read the document she forward regarding Dr. Saltinus J. Amazonas work?
