Hi, we're new owners of an orange winged amazon, and recently she ripped out a feather which made her bleed 
it was horrible, we give her enough attention so I don't think it is depression. I also noticed her sneezing a lot, and she makes this sound as if something is stuck in her throat, I even refilled her water for her but she doesn't drink it.
Can anyone give me some advise? What could be wrong with her. It is really distressing me.
