Suddenly he hates me?

Me and my Sennie get on very well. He is probably closet to me then the rest of my family in the house.
Although today he just seems to hate me. He wants to be on me but whenever I allow him to he just bites, like attack bite which draws blood, I tell him 'NO' and put him down for 3 minutes, but he would just do it again. He is usually a very tame, good parrot. But today he just seems to hate me and treat everyone as he usually does
I tried to look back, to try and figure out what I could of done to piss him off, all I could think of is my hair is slightly different, but he's seen the hairstyle before and that this morning, I didn't greet him first as I would usually do. Otherwise everything is pretty much the same. He's 4 years old, if that has anything to do with it?

Anyone else have this problem? If so how did you fix it? Or is he just having a bad day?

Could be hormones.

Rather than punishing him for biting, have you tried to learn to read his body language so that you can avoid getting bitten? And if it looks like he's going to bite, to redirect his attention to foot toys instead?

Have you tried teaching him other behaviors that are incompatible to biting, such as turning around, picking up an object, etc?

Not sure if the OP is still around, but if so- I'm having the same issue :/ My U2 apparently can not handle me having my hair down. All she wants is to attack me. I have no advice, looking for some of my own actually.... if you're around have you found any help on this issue?

I posted my own thread, but found this one while searching google, so just wondering if OP has come up with any solutions to the similar problem.
