Hello,
As some of you may have read from my last post my parrot is being very agressive during his hormonal period. He is also regurgitating for everything!

But anyway his agression has subsided slightly but after many bites to the neck and hands I find myself very uncomfortable w him out of his cage. But I also feel way to guilty to just leave him in his cage all day.

Yesterday was the first time in a week he did not attack me. The day before that he bite me right on the lip and I wasn't even trying to kiss him! He flew over to me reached around head and got me! So as you can imagine I get nervous around the flighted little guy. :(

I think I'll be bringing him in for a clipping today which I really didn't want to do to him but at this point I don't know what else to do.

I feel your pain about clipping a bird when you don't want to. I recently had my Kiwi clipped (White eared conure) since the new arrival of my Ekky, and her being so protective of us I didn't want her flying over to his cage to be a "big bird" and get hurt. But she seems to have taken the adjustment well. It's not the first time she's been clipped, so she's fine with climbing around everywhere. :) Plus it's helped her hormonal aggression to my boyfriend, which is just a bonus that we didn't even think of. Best wishes to you and your friend, I'm sure he will do great and you two will be best buddies in no time. Just some TLC and patience :) Keep us posted!
