I try to keep them separate mostly , due to size difference. paddy keeps getting on her cage. She has an open beak . Sometimes he shakes her toys from the top, her climbs all over till I take him off. Doesn't make any noise either one. But I think shes scared. Please tell me is this friendly play? Bonita :11:

Hard to say without seeing it. He might think her toys look more fun than his, he might just want to say hi to her, or maybe he doesn't like her. Or maybe it's something else. It's hard to say what his motivation is without seeing it.

My eclectus seems to be physically incapable of staying away from my conures. The only thing he wants in this world is to make friends with them, and they're hoping he'll die in a fire. He even sneaks up on them and tries to preen their tails before they get wise to the fact that he is there.

You could get a piece of plexiglass cut to put over the top to keep him from landing up there, or work on training him that he isn't allowed to go over to her cage at all. It's probably best that he not do so. Even if she isn't frightened, she could bite his toes and really hurt him.

Here is a link about station training that you might find interesting.
