Parrot bullying

I've had my GCC and Nanday for a while. The GCC is a male and the Nanday a female. It's been over a year now since the Nanday came home, but the GCC won't stop bullying the Nanday. The aggression is seemingly unprovoked, my poor Nanday is very wary and uncomfortable around my GCC. It gets worse as my GCC sometimes redirects his aggression from my Nanday to the family.

The slow familiarization technique hasn't worked. The GCC doesn't like the Nanday's presence. Any experience with this type of bullying and how to get around it?

Some parrots of different species will never get along. This is always based on the individual birds. Unfortunately people see examples of all sorts of parrots of different sizes hanging out together and this isn't always possible. You may have to always keep them apart and interact with them individually. Frankly it isn't fair to your Nanday to constantly be stressed from the other bird.

Even birds of the same species don't always get along. My sennies are siblings and they hate each other and have to be kept separate.

The two are separate most of the time, so the Nanday isn't stressed constantly, I'm not tyrannical toward my babies if that's the implication. On rare instances they're both on my shoulders at the same time and the bullying or the fear of bullying ensues, so I figured I'd ask. It's even weirder as when they are cuddly instead of playful or excited, the GCC likes to groom the Nanday, leaving the Nanday even more confused in the presence of the GCC. Thanks for the answers.
