So the othet day I posted that I made Jet go to bed. I am still having to make him go to bed. He doesn't like to leave me in the evenings.
If I let him stay out all night he sleeps on me. I wake up to roll over but I know its syill risky. Its only happened twice. Once when he had a night fright and once when I was exhausted.
I noticed his tail feathers looked funny tonight so I trisometimes look at them with his cooperation. Of course he didn't cooperate. I gently held him and had a closer look. His feathers were very dirty and paper was stuck to them.
Earlier he landed in my food so I know it was gravy that had dried. So I held him and rinsed his tail with water.
Of course he didnt like it. He escaped once and I had to catch him. I was very loosely holding him.
Hes already over it and refusing to leave my shoulder to go to bed. Hes so funny and frutrating sometimes. I know him being with me is a sign of bonding even though he rarely lets me touch him.
I guess for now hes just not into being touched. I know we have some sort of bond. Anything I eat he wants and he wants to sleep with me. I dont know what else to do im gonna have to make him go to bed soon.
