So, moving Tiki into the other room has actually seemed to help him quite a bit. He still screams a little, but nothing like he was doing. I didn't expect him to stop completely, he is a bird after all. He is at least not screaming like he's upset, which was the main goal.

However, now that he has settled down with the screaming, Chicken has been going at it for hours, and I don't know why. I thought maybe it was cause she was hungry, since I have cut down on what she gets, per the vet. So I gave the the ribs from a pepper I was cutting up for dinner. After she realized it was food and not an invader, she picked at it some, then screamed some more.

Then I thought maybe she wanted out, so not to encourage the behavior, I covered her cage. That made no difference at all. So after a while, I uncovered her cage. Still she screamed. Then I finally gave in and took her out. Sitting on my shoulder, she continues to scream. I don't know what is wrong with her. She is driving me crazy.

Maybe it's just because my wife is sleeping. I don't know. Her sister had a baby this morning, so she went to bed much later than usual. (She works third shift). So maybe her routine is just messed up. I don't know.
