So I have had the ladies separated for a while now and they aren't laying eggs anymore. I actually got a video of Bailey chasing her around and trying to kill it lol.

Now they are actively seeking each other out and fighting, through the cage, while I have one out. Any particular reason for this?

I'm guessing it's hormones. Aggression is common at this time of the season! How old are they?

Keeping them separated until the hormones subside and aggression ebbs would be the best option.

One is 2 and one is about 5. They were trying to mate and were laying eggs, that's why the separation. So you're probably right.
