Emoji - GCC,
Koko - Umbrella 'too (sister's bird, but we live together and I interact more with her.), Caroline - CAG (A 3 yr foster from 12 yrs ago that still has my heart)
So this morning I did my morning routine which takes me out of the bedroom where Emoji is. Let Koko, the 'too out for a bit, while the cats and dogs go outside, make the all-important coffee, grab a starburst and play a phone game.

Emoji's turn. But she didn't want to come out for anything. Not even being lured out with her fav treat...millet! She stayed in her snuggle hut. (Getting ready to DIY some. I have plenty of fleece!) Apparently she still desired alone time. OK. Have some alone time. Her little head bobs and beak taps told me clearly she was fine where she was.

20 mins later - she was ready for socializing. Respect the space - earn more trust! :07:

Mine all bounce up and down in the morning - but they don’t want me, they want me to serve breakfast :). Then they may be ready for socializing lol.

This is only the second time she requested to be left alone in there. The rest of the time, she's already waiting at the door to come out, often already wet from her morning bath. [emoji16]

Anakin is NOT a morning bird even though he is my alarm clock. He usually won't step up but will go to the top of his cage if I open the door. If I'm lucky he will step up and scale before breakfast.

Gracie is the opposite as she is rip roaring and ready to "help" fix breakfast or see what trouble she can get into.
