African Grey - unnamed
I'm not sure. It seems like it, but I can't be certain.

Lately she's been making a lot of noises, saying "come here", and doesn't seem to be asking for food or play. I've been using a bottle to mist shower her for a couple of months, not too often since she didn't like it at first. I try bathing her when she's like that and she stops calling.

She seems to stop calling once I've given her a shower, and my concern is on why. Is she content from the shower? Or is she upset about something else?

Usually we're in the same room together, and most of the family gives her attention. She gets as diverse a diet as I can give, with pellets, seed mix with no sunflower seeds, whatever few fruits and veggies she likes, some cooked rice. She also gets sunlight, and her feathers seem fine.

You really do not address what part of this huge World you reside. Do not need a defined area, but a region helps in many areas of Living and Loving Parrots.

It is very possible that you are in the Great White North of this World and if so, its been very dry this Winter and unless you have a Humidifier, it is likely your home /apartment is very dry and your Grey would enjoy a misting or a bath...

Or, she is just one of those who dislikes a dirty bird! :D
