Looking for Sun Conure in Rhode Island

Hello everyone, im currently looking for a sun conure in rhode island, there is one at my local petco but i hear average price is 350-450 and they want 600 dollars for the bird at the shop, does anyone know of any bird breeders or small pet shops that might have this bird at a reasonable price am willing to drive to neighboring states if you are absolute.

would the breeder also breed green cheek conures i think im leaning more towards them now due to price and how they are relatively on the quieter side compared to the sun conure, ha i just ordered parrots for dummies so im gonna take a good read into that before i make my decision in buying one for sure... and do you know any good avian vet in the area where abouts are you from logan.

im up for some driving and wouldn't even mind the new york area or anywhere in new england to be honest i wouldn't mind sight seeing for a day to go get a new member of the family, anyone know any GCC breeders in the New England area, maybe this will widen my options i don't wanna ship a bird, anyone ever done it?
