I would recommend that you spend a bunch of time reading the Macaw Forum (Macaws) and also the Forum for Breeders (Breeding/Raising Parrots).
There is no question that Hyacinth Macaws are wonders to see. But they are very difficult to breed. Plus the market is filled with Scammers willing to take your money. Your up front investment will be tens of thousands of dollars for the pair and likely additional tens of thousands of dollars for a facility and equipment. At this point your have an investment equal to an expensive automobile and years from having any return on this huge investment.
