I can't comment on the weights for conures, i've never messed with them. But i've raised plenty of new world parrots. They should be fledging at about that age. It's normal for the weight to taper off when that happens (easier to fly). Their crop is also shrinking and doesn't hold as much. The weight should also taper off a bit when they wean at about 10-12 wks. You might want to hydrate the formula bit more when you notice the weight tapering off. maybe add a bit of electrolytes, juice, etc. have you seen the book, Handfeeding and Nursery management by Horward Voren? A cheap but very good read for someone in your position.

Thank You so much for Your amazing answer and I may just take You up on that offer to bug You ;)I am buying that book You suggested from amazon Thank You went sthraight there last night and ordered it .You Know I think I was reading to much and went out and got a scale and started to weigh Her before and after each feeding in a worried mom way and I am going to stop and weigh Her every two days at night and make sure She is gaining ? She is doing great and eating everything I have in Her bowls well at least trying too and I feed her all the goods She can get .So I am over reacting I think .!?!? It is not like She stopped eating or anything She just slowed down on the formula per amount but still is eating every 4 hours so I hope and think She is fine .What do You think ? Well Like I said Thank You for answering Me and so fast too .You are a wonderful person to take time for another .

So Being at home She seemed to be hungry every four hours soooo I fed Her four times a day !?! She does You know fluff up and bob come near the four hour mark though .so should I still try every three You think ? I just want what is best for Her .

You should be offering all sorts of food for her to try in her cage as well. Cut up fruits and veggies, weave washed kale leaves through the bars of her cage, food and toy as well.:D Millet spray is also a good transition food. Pellets and or small amount of seeds depending on your choice. The dry stuff should be left in over night so that if she wakes up earlier and wants to eat there is food available before her hand feeding.

She does not need to be packed full constantly. At this age she will be flapping and trying out her wings. Try 3 feedings a day about 6 hrs apart with lots of choices for her to eat on her own as well. I usually fed at 7am 1pm and 7pm and then 12 hrs to empty over-night. These can be changed to better suit your schedule but you get the idea.

Look for her to give up the afternoon feeding after that at some point when you see she is eating lots on her own through out the day. Then usually the morning with the night feeding being typically the last feeding they give up. They hang onto to that one sometimes longer out of comfort more than anything but why force them...the parents don't.:)
