The Quaker Parrot breeding.

Quaker parrot to succeed in breeding,was born two color parrots.
Parents parrot colors.
Mother(left) / Father(right) dark eye white.
Baby parrot sex. (5months)
Blue(male,Bright colors tose,almost leg).
light blue(female,light leg).
I have a Question.
1.Is blue(baby quaker parrot)parrot is why the white to color,not black?(leg)
2.Light blue color baby(quaker),what is the correct type?
1. Pallid blue?
2. Opaline?
