Hello everyone!
We are students and we need to create a company for breeding of macaws.
So, we need some advice about this.

The company which wishes to go up population of hyacinth macaws. It's the reason why we want to grow up the population of hyacinth macaws. We will breed those parrots and transfer to national parks, zoos, wild life sanctuaries.
What do you thinkabout this idea?

Also we really adore hyacinth macaws because they are so cute and lovely. ^^

Is it dificult to breed macaws?
When are the macaws become adult?
What food is favorite?
Where can I buy my first couple of parrots?
What kind of nursery/farms are better?

As a parrot breeder my self, breeding parrot is always good considering how many parrots left in the world and the increasing demand on them. But before you start, think what is the real drive here. Breeding parrot is never about watching eggs hatch alone. It is along and daunting work and if not really loved then it will ruin your time and money. If you must start anyway, then do so with smaller and less expensive birds. Indian Ring Necks are hardy and will give you a feel of the project . 2-4 pairs is good start and always write notes about their management and observations. You will need all informations and notes to become successful later. Once you acquire the knowledge and connections with local breeders, then you can move ahead to your goal. Always start small and dont underestimate how hard it is to breed parrots. good luck
