When to start counting 21 days.

I have lovebird sitting on 5 eggs and I've candled them and they have veins etc. When should you start counting 21days for hatching though?. Is it from 1at or 5th egg??

It's from when she starts sitting right. Some hens start this right away, others wait until they finish laying.
