You are supposed to introduce fruits and veggies when the bird is weaning. So you should start now. Sooner is better then later, I find it easier to introduce new things to birds when they are younger.

Should I just put a bowl of fruits and veggies in the cage or should I introduce one at a time little by little? I just dont know if it will upset her stomach or not.

Just put a bowl in there with fruits and veggies, though parakeets don't eat much fruits or veggies.
I'm sorry but how would fruit or veggies upset her stomach?

Just thinking maybe since its new food that they have never had in their system and they eat to much of it, it could possible upset it.

I think she should be fine.

They aren't dogs, if that's where you're getting this train of thought. With Dogs and even cats, you have to introduce new foods slowly. Not so with parrots. As long as it's fresh, washed, (preferably organic if you can get it so there's no pesticides for the bird to even remotely ingest), the only thing you may need to do it cut it up. My Loki Looooooves green grapes, but only cut in half. He also like sweet potato, but only cubed into tiny squares. He likes oranges, peeled and sectioned.... you get the idea. It won't upset their stomachs as they don't have the same time of stomachs as humans, dogs or cats, nor the same type of taste buds. Just give them a selection (or one at a time to see what their preference is, but either way is fine), place it in their cage and let them come to it on their own. And just because they don't eat something right away doesn't mean that they won't. It can take some parrots days, weeks, months and very rarely, a year or more, to start eating fresh things. Mostly because they weren't introduced to them early enough.

I am also working with my two babies to eat fresh fruit and veg but they haven't had success yet. But I keep offering and have noticed although they haven't eaten the fruit or veggies they are becoming more curious about them. They did try kidney beans once but every other thing they have turned down. I'll keep trying but they are eating pellets now so I'm not as worried about it. For small birds make sure you cut them up very small, about the size of the pellets they eat. Good luck!

Keep offering, it'll happen. Loki was over a year when he came to live with us over 6 months ago and he had probably never seen a fresh fruit or veggie in his entire life. Now, he is a little piggy and eats just about anything I put in front of him. At least a nibble to taste it and decide if he likes it. He now eats chicken (yes, chicken, lol), pasta, rice, grapes, sweet potato, celery (cooked), carrots (cooked), yogurt, eggs, and he likes bread with either butter or mayo on it. He's even devoured a scallop! He often eats with us now and we give him bites of our own food or he gets it on his own plate that he'll eat off of. He sees us eating and just HAS to have a taste, which we let him unless it's on the bad list (avocado, chocolate, liquor, etc).

Will do! I even tried to feed them pasta off my plate last night while they were jumping all over me but they weren't having it. Silly boys would rather try and eat the remote control.:)

Loki was the same way ;) You'll get there if you're persistent enough!
