I have a question about my budgies tail feathers the shaft is still there but there are no feathers on the middle of it? all things i have searched about seem to be they loose all the feather including the shaft etc if there moulting.
im wondering if this could be because he sat with his tail in a bowl of water for ages he only had his tail in and that is all thats missing the feathers
