The lovebird bit one of the babies tonight, there's blood! he's favoring his foot now(I thought it was bitten off!), but he won't let us catch him. He's okay, otherwise, not all panicky or freaking out. I'm the one panicky and freaked out. I have a warm towel and corn starch for the blood, but he doesn't want to be caught. I don't know what to do. next.

you have to catch him, try to be calm so he will be easier to catch, put the towel on it to clean the blood and see how much damage has been done then put some corn starch on it take him to the vet in the morning if its real bad! good luck keep me posted!

The bleeding looks like it stopped, but I would like to catch him. He's the hardest one to catch, usually, lol.

Lovebirds should never be allowed to be around other types of birds, they're very vicious!

You need to catch him to see if he's hurt bad, if he needed vet care. Good Luck!!!

Get a flashlight, know where he is, then turn the lights out...including night lights, use the flashlight to confirm his position, then grab him.....and.....as you put your hands on him, talk to him & let him know it's you.....
