we were given a parrot apx 2 mths agot the story we were told was tht she was 2-3 yrs old and was abused..
we were given a large cage and a small cage was told unknown if male r female and is very mean
she is kept in little cage in our room and in big cage durin day outside
now out the blue..she is soooo mean to me? i cant feed/water her if she in her cage and i cant walk past her cage she trys biten me. i can hold her as long as my husband gives her to me r she is sitting sumwhere other than her cage but sumtimes she will be sittin on my hand and just bite me out of nowhere
up until 2 wks ago she snuggled with me and even gave me kisses
she loves my husband she can pet her play wt her whatever
and now wenever he walks into the room he puts her head downand makes a noise...she stops wen he walks out the room... he called the vet and they said its a female and that is her mating call
can ne! help???
