My Flock?

Here are a few pics of my flock.

Henry is my boy, he stands out in a crowd, still very timid, but likes to come to me, still no contact.
Tinkerbell is the only Fid I cannot connect with. She is on egde most times when I move around.
Roxy is a softy and loves to cuddle, so I hope she is happy with Max. She seems very happy with life.
She was only here for 5wks when she laid her first egg, she was sitting on my shoulder at the rescue. No 1 and not good shell. She went on to lay 3x more. I gave up and took her in for injections. This did stop her, but of late she has been getting frisky again, so hence Max. I will let her breed then she may settle down a bit. I hope anyway.
Max is trying to dominate Henry and Tinkerbell. I think this only a turf war.
There has been no real trouble. He is young and cocky.
He has only been here 3wks paired off with Roxy and are setting up camp in the nest box.

They are gorgeous.
Love the names, Henry, Max, Tinkerbelll and Roxy. Where did the names comes from? Such different names.

Yes I am proud of them.
They were all named by me.
I forgot to mention above how they were come by.

Henry is a ex tame cage escapee, who was caught then sold. I found him and Tinkerbell stuck in a small avairy and just had to buy them both.
The name was because he is my king or prince, and Henry seemed to fit.

Tinkerbell was an avairy girl not named. she is like a firefly zips everywhere I am not. So she got stuck with her name being a fairy.

Roxy is my first rescue, I made friends with her at the rescue. And I like the unusual in mutations, so stuck my hand up for her.
Here she is with-in 2hrs of coming into my home. Do I need to say more! Foxy Roxy seems to fit. She is always Hot.


Max is another rescue who is hand tame. I did think to name him Freddy.
But he responds to Max, so Max it is. Mind you he may well live upto that name as well.
I adopted him to keep Roxy company, and that seems to have worked well.
They are free flighted in the conservatory and have excess to the whole house. They roost on the Play Gym at night and only go near the food / bar cage to eat or drink.

Hi Clawnz, nice to meet you and your flock. Aren't tiels just awesome!? Great pictures, they all look so happy. Love the names btw.
