I have female Alexandrine and i am quite a beginner.

She speaks a couple of words but there is this behavior that i find strange. She screams whenever I am trying to approach near her but only when shes inside her home. Whenever shes out, she doesn't do that. She also tries to attack and when I go away from her (which is not shown in the video, she acts crazy like attacking the cage or any other object near her such as a wires or her food plate)

First off, that cage is way too small. My tiel is in a cage much larger than that. She only has two perches that are the same so there is no variety. Also there is no toys!!!!!! Toys provide mental stimulation and are very important to your bird. Now if thats just a sleep cage then, its alright. I dont know much about Alexandrines but get it a much larger cage with plenty of toys and lots of out of cage time. I see you were giving her fruit so try converting her to pellets from seed if you already havent done so. All of this will make your bird happy and healthy. She could also be cage territorial. I dont have this problem but training with your bird may help with this.

I agreed with kalypso about the cage etc. Alex hens can be a bit nippy and territorial which is what the behaviour you have described sounds like to me, although the "scream" in the video sounded more like a warning - go away, this is my food.

She will very likely respond very well to a training schedule. We find hulled sunflower seeds to be great as a reward. A training schedule will help your girl learn to trust you and know that you aren't a threat.

Also, if she is growling - try to use a soft, low pitched voice to reassure her.

Our hen is certainly the aggressive one in our pair - the boy has such a sweet nature, but our hen will go to bite my husband when he is putting the food in the cage.

Take it slow, don't force her and I'm sure she will warm to you in no time.
