My sister works in John's Hopkins University Hospital as a grant administrator for all their research projects. She read this on a photo slide today: "President Obama's requirement for a new budgie in fiscal year 2016.." My sister is a Budgie person....thought all you budgies and keets out there would get a chuckle.
